🌟 Odagyu Wagyu Filet Katsu Sando 小田牛 ヒレカツサンド $248. Surprisingly very soft & had a good Wagyu meaty flavor, especially for a Filet cut. Bread was actually 炭焼き charcoal grilled too 🔥. I prefer it with less Katsu sauce, less Mustard but more Salt myself.. Its a personal thing though! ❤️❤️

🌟 小田牛 牛バラ大根 おでん風 $88. Odagyu Wagyu Beef Brisket, cooked Oden style with Konnyaku/Konjac, Daikon. Surprise element was @tommys_kitchen_hk decided to use local HK version of Yuba 湯葉 (腐竹), which worked a treat! Yummy 😋😋

*🌟 鹿児島 炭火焼き黒薩摩鶏のつけ稲庭うどん $138. Japanese Kuro Satsuma Chicken 🐔, grilled on Charcoal bed Kyushu style. Then eaten as a Tsuke Noodle Dip with Inaniwa Udon. Super ace aroma and flavors, one of the best dishes here at Tsukada Nojo HK ❤️❤️. This is actually on the regular menu, I just forgot to post in Part 1 of 2 before 😅
